Sylvia’s passion and drive for fitness comes from personal experience. Through fitness Sylvia found her own confidence and identity and she wants to help others do the same. Her goal is to prove to others that they are stronger and capable of much more than they believe.

  • Target your upper body with our take on super effective weight training exercises such as Chest Press, Chest Fly, Rows, Pullovers and more. All paired with an array of Planks, Crunches and Leg Raises. A true Lifting, strength based, muscle-building workout. Everyone needs to develop a strong upper body. You lose muscle when you only do cardio and as you age so regular weight training at LIFTONIC is key to long-term results. It is never too early or too late to start. Consistent lifting with a focus on working your muscles to 100% fatigue is they key.

  • Arms & Abs (LT HYPE)
  • 45min arms only lifting class 

  • Upper Body & Abs (LT HYPE)
  • LIFTONIC's original muscle building weight training class. Carefully thought out sets of upper body focused weights exercises combined with targeted periods of active rest targeting your Abs. Very few online classes focus on building muscle. Feel the difference lifting heavy can make.

  • Legs, Butt & Shoulders (LT ISO)
  • New format incorporating "Giant Sets" (multiple sets targeting the same muscle group) combined with longer isometric holds. It's the ultimate time under tension, muscle building class. 

  • Legs & Butt (LT BURN)
  • Maximize your lift with this class format. We believe that the most efficient way to build and tone your lower body is by taking your muscles to fatigue. Let our instructors guide you how to lift safely and effectively. No impact, no injuries, just a toned, lean lower body. We complete each exercise 2-3 times so you have the opportunity to adjust your weights between each set. By increasing your weights even just a few pounds you will stress your muscle, which will adapt, get bigger and stronger. The overall result is that you feel stronger and look leaner.
