Legs & Butt (LT BURN)

This class is taught by:

Hannah Jew

Born and raised in Oklahoma, Hannah is a professional dancer and dance/fitness instructor based in NYC. She discovered Liftonic in 2018 and it quickly became her favorite form of cross-training to supplement her dancing. She felt stronger, saw results and most importantly had fun each time she was there! Honored to be approached by founder/owner Radan Sturm to teach the Liftonic method, Hannah is excited to be able to share her favorite form of cross-training as an instructor now. A focus on form, great music and building strength is what you’ll get in Hannah’s class!

Scott Leiendecker

Scott's love of music and dance, led him to New York, and yielded an 18 year career on the stage. After suffering an injury, which paused his career, he detoured through months of Physical Therapy… in less than 5 months he was back up and hoofing on the stage in a lead role. It was this that led him to want to help others strengthen both their bodies and minds.

Bryan Rivera

Being a middle child, Bryan has been competitive his whole life. Fitness started as the perfect outlet for that, but quickly turned into something bigger - a way to have fun and feel good mentally. With a strong background in various types of strength training, Bryan’s main focus in class is on form and creating a safe space. When Bryan isn’t dropping it low with his squats, he’s in the kitchen baking up some goodies.

Sylvia Borowska

Sylvia’s passion and drive for fitness comes from personal experience. Through fitness Sylvia found her own confidence and identity and she wants to help others do the same. Her goal is to prove to others that they are stronger and capable of much more than they believe.
Maximize your lift with this class format. We believe that the most efficient way to build and tone your lower body is by taking your muscles to fatigue. Let our instructors guide you how to lift safely and effectively. No impact, no injuries, just a toned, lean lower body. We complete each exercise 2-3 times so you have the opportunity to adjust your weights between each set. By increasing your weights even just a few pounds you will stress your muscle, which will adapt, get bigger and stronger. The overall result is that you feel stronger and look leaner.
